General conditions of use of the Nucleotta S.L. website

 

Nucleotta S.L. informs you that access to and use of the websites www.nucleotta.com, www.nucleotta.es and all its subdomains and directories (the Portals) included therein, as well as the services or contents that may be obtained through them and all the portals of its own domain under the ownership of Nucleotta S.L., are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, notwithstanding that access to any of these services or contents may require the acceptance of additional specific General Conditions.

 

Any person who accesses  the Portals acquires the status of user, and as such undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions provided herein, as well as any other applicable legal clause. Therefore, if you do not agree with the considerations detailed in this Legal Notice, please do not use the Portals, since any use you make of them or of the services and contents included in them will imply the acceptance of the legal terms contained in this text.

In accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, Nucleotta S.L., undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with respect to personal data and the duty to treat them with confidentiality. For this purpose, take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended to provide the service of Nucleotta SL to its customers and suppliers.

 

You will have the possibility to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of use, and opposition of your personal data by sending an email to info@nucleotta.com.

 

Nucleotta S.L. maintains the levels of protection of your personal data in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, on security measures for automated files containing personal data, and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data you provide to Nucleotta S.L., notwithstanding that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

All Intellectual Property Rights for the Content of the Portals and their graphic designs are the exclusive property of Nucleotta S.L, or of a third party that has authorised their use, and therefore, Nucleotta S.L. is the exclusive owner of the rights to exploit them.

 

Thus, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001 of 7 December on Trademarks and complementary legislation on Intellectual and Industrial Property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including the making available of, or any other exploitation and/or modification, whether total or partial, of any Content included on the Website is strictly prohibited without the prior express authorisation of  Nucleotta S.L.

 

Nucleotta S.L. does not grant any licence or authorisation whatsoever to use its Intellectual and Industrial Property rights or any other property or right related to the Website or to its Services or Content.

 

 

 

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction

 

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any matter related to the services of the Portals, shall be Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the visit to the Portals or the use of the services offered therein, Nucleotta SL and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Nucleotta SL.
